Add cheatsheet test

For starters, just check that it doesn't throw an error, and some simple sanity checks on the payload

A proper test would check full payload, but that requires better normalisation of enabled hats and enabled spoken forms, and we're going to change spoken form sharing from talon to vscode soon anyway so prob not worth it
