drop failing pip package install from the image

Merging this to avoid the errors, which made the installation of
the pips fail anyway (unless I've missed something).

To integrate curl test pip deps into the images, we should probably
make a venv and use curl's tests/http/requirements.txt to install
the pinned deps.
