Strongly name all assemblies within this package

As part of the wider task to ensure that all CSF assemblies have a strong name, I need to ensure that all assemblies which are part of ZPT-Sharp are signed.

Note that as part of this, the plugin system will need to be revisited, because it refers to assemblies by name.

Ideally, to maintain backwards compatibility I will want to make using the strong names in configuration optional.
