Build fails with a Timeout on AppVeyor

The latest two branch builds in AppVeyor have failed with a Timeout after 60 minutes.

The build shouldn't take anywhere near that long. Something is very wrong here.

Fixed as of commit c7a375b08bee3296ab72c54868d76224a8ee19cb. I think it's actually one of a few preceding commits that really solves it (binding redirects). But it's solved now.
