Extra resources for Namespaced resources

What problem are you facing?

With the release of Crossplane v2, the ability to specify a Namespace in Extra Resources would be very useful (or even mandatory). Is there a chance to enhance it with namespace field?

How could this Function help solve your problem?

Add the ability to use Namespaced resources as Extra resources.

The workaround is to use either function-extra-resources, or to use a provider-kubernetes Object with managementPolices: ['Observe']?

Looked at this a bit and it looks like https://github.com/crossplane/function-sdk-go needs to be released with support for Crossplane v2.0 namespace scoped resources. The RC package for the SDK is available just not fully released.

Looks like these are some relevant issue/pull requests.

• Upgrade to crossplane-runtime v2 crossplane/function-sdk-go#225
• Update to crossplane-runtime v2.0.0 crossplane/function-sdk-go#226

It also looks like ExtraResources is going to become deprecated in favor of RequiredResources and Resources.
