New 'article', a quiz that asks you to name every mainlist SCP

Built in React because a) it was getting unwieldy and I wanted to be able to smoothly animate stuff between different states, b) learning

Get the series data from wikidot using crom selectors
Implement a pull-through cache, probably on croquembouche.net, because codetabs cors proxy fails a lot (granted it's probably wikidot's fault)
Can probably stick a useReducer on the list of titles per series to remove entries when one is correct
Finish everything else
