- Fixes PKC 3.9.3 Movies Duplicate #2068, a bug introduced by Add support for Plex Watchlist #2041. The immediate issue of e.g. movie elements duplicating was solved by dropping UNIQUE from "CREATE UNIQUE INDEX"
- Allow for guid-lookups to return several items
