Will make archival content more useful for end users and researchers by enabling seamless viewing, comparing, sharing, and re-use of materials across different tools.

Outcomes

• User-Friendly Manifest URLs
  The integration of user-friendly manifest URLs will significantly enhance user understanding and accessibility. By adding a visible section titled "IIIF Manifest URL" next to the URL, we can simplify access by displaying these links prominently on item record pages without confusing headers. To further improve comprehension, brief explanations will be provided, along with context-sensitive help to demystify any technical terms. Additionally, a copy-to-clipboard button will streamline the sharing process, allowing users to easily copy the URL for use in other viewers or tools.

• Guided Viewing and Comparison Options
  To facilitate a seamless experience, guided viewing and comparison options will be integrated into the interface. Users will have the ability to add items to virtual tours or comparison features directly, with clear options such as “Add to Comparison” or “Add to Virtual Tour.”

• Visible Share Functions
  Finally, increasing the visibility of critical functions is essential. More advanced sharing and tooling will be placed prominently in the user interface, moving them out from behind menus to encourage greater user engagement.
