This Project consists of making a calculator with the goal of solving transcendental functions without using existing math libraries.

Requires Python 3.8 installed locally
Requires nodejs installed locally
// Step 1: Install the needed python packages through the command window:
pip install -r requirements.txt
// Step 2: Install the node dependencies through the command window:
npm install
// Option 1: Run the web app by typing in the command window:
npm start
// Now, you can open a brower, type in "https://localhost:3000/" and the calculator will appear
// Option 2: Run the local version by typing in the command window:
npm run electron
// The calculator should now pop up on your screen

Test suites are defined using the unittest
python library and found in the /tests folder:
//run tests from the root folder
python -m unittest
Be sure to add unit tests for any additional code and cover edge cases!
