I think there are a couple of branches of 28271C + 486P misplaced by Usher for a bunch of old singlets please take a look: https://nextstrain.org/fetch/genome.ucsc.edu/trash/ct/subtreeAuspice1_genome_880c_c34d00.json?label=id:node_6753588
while in the XBB.1.5.73 tree there is a lineage with the same nuc of the one on the top misplaced: C12669T https://nextstrain.org/fetch/genome.ucsc.edu/trash/ct/subtreeAuspice1_genome_42faf_c312c0.json?c=gt-nuc_12669&label=id:node_6909459
For the bottom one i have just the geographical evidence that both emerged in Peru'
