The RHCOS extensions container was updated to use centos:stream9 instead of fedora:N as the builder[1]. Remove the step from the checklist since it's no longer required. [1]: openshift/os@cdd9113 xref: coreos#1935
We need to bump the "Review Fedora N+1 Release Schedule" schedule with each Fedora major release so we can start tracking it during the weekly community meeting. Add a step to do so when Fedora N goes GA.
