For the purposes of testing if `coreos-assembler` can build an image correctly, it should be sufficient to just run `fcos.basic` to validate the image was usable.

This is a follow-up to coreos#879. Instead of only running `fcos.basic`, run everything, but in parallel. This should drastically lower the amount of time it takes to run it.
