schema: Add entry for extensions-container

Hey @jmarrero - I'm wondering if we should drop the oscontainer from the naming here. My understanding is that name means something akin to "OSTree in a container", which this isn't that IIUC. Should we consider naming it something more appropriate?

No idea what the os meant then. I assumed it meant Operating System Container and since these extensions need to be built based on the base-oscontainer then I assumed the extensions-oscontainer. Made sense. The name does not matter much to me. I am OK with extensions-container if it makes everyone happy.
