是否考虑过用GCC_MAJOR_VERSION 这个宏，你那个宏顶死了gcc12 版本要是升级了是不是有的更新你那几个库，用这个宏只要在12就行 |

可以合并，但经过测试 GCC12 在 ARM64 上面存在严重的性能倒退问题 （ Rockchip 系列测试），建议继续保留 GCC11 为默认 |
