1. Moved persistence.xml file to appdata folder

To Install:

1. Unpack the zip file "Filabot_Fillalogger_1.5.3.zip" to a location of your choice.
2. Double click the "setup.exe" file NOT "Setup.msi"

To Run:

1. Go to your start menu and navigate to Programs-> Filalogger
2. Click Filalogger and select COM port that Filalogger is attached to.
