This PR updates all cookbook guides to use the new agent format:

Changes Made

GitHub Issues and PRs Cookbook

PostHog Cookbook

  • Changed to cn --agent continuedev/posthog-continuous-ai-agent
  • Updated agent link accordingly

Netlify Cookbook

  • Added cn --agent continuedev/netlify-continuous-ai-agent as alternative
  • Updated link to new agent
  • Removed specific optimization prompts

Chrome DevTools Cookbook

  • Changed to cn --agent continuedev/chrome-dev-tools-agent
  • Updated agent link

Sanity Cookbook

  • Changed to cn --agent continuedev/sanity-assistant-agent
  • Updated link and removed duplicate prompts
  • Added single info callout for headless mode

Sentry Cookbook

  • Changed to cn --agent continuedev/sentry-continuous-ai-agent
  • Updated link and added info callout

Snyk Cookbook

  • Changed to cn --agent continuedev/snyk-continuous-ai-agent
  • Updated config links

Supabase Cookbook

  • Changed to cn --agent continuedev/supabase-agent
  • Updated links accordingly

dlt Cookbook

  • Changed to cn --agent continuedev/dlt-agent
  • Updated all references

Format Changes

  • Replaced separate TUI/Headless prompts with single prompts
  • Added consistent info callouts: "To run prompts in headless mode, use cn -p 'prompt'"
  • Standardized on cn --agent format throughout
  • Updated all agent URLs to point to correct Continue Hub locations

All changes maintain backward compatibility while directing users to the new agent-based workflow.
