dvb is a subpackage for digital TV. Allow developers to emmulate digital tv inside QM.
The kernel submodule that owns these bits are video4linux, almost 20 years ago I was one of the developers and that's why I was testing some bits now in the cars.

Remember, a good antenna is the key for Kaffeine software to work, here some boards in case anyone want to try to buy hardware via ebay: https://linuxtv.org/wiki/index.php/Em28xx_devices
