With https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/KAFKA-9667 merged and released we can enable testing in KSQL to ensure we're not trimming trailing zeros

With apache/kafka#8230 merged and released we can enable testing in KSQL to ensure we're not trimming trailing zeros
