I've bumped the build number here. I won't want to rebuild aarch and ppc64le so the ywill have the old build number.

This passed building locally for linux 64. Since the change is really cosmetic for linxu-aarch64 i won't rebuild aarch64 and ppc64le but will use the builds from #136

(assuming osx passes)
