Things to do and not do with Raspberry Pi

I remembered to have this RBPi 2B rev1.1 lying around, here are a few notes.

Operating Systems

Debian Based

Raspbian

Raspbian was quite easy to install but slow. After updating it performed better.

    Despite initial installation and configuration appeared to have worked well it did not save files or packages installed. 
    Given i don't like systemd anyway i gave up on it. Installers are not here to fool people, huh.

Kali Linux

Downloaded Kali but given the Raspian experience and no real need or desire to pentest i don't currently pursue this.

Other Linux

Alpine Linux

 I know alpine linux is fast and lightweight, let's see what happens here.
