Udiskie is just a front-end to UDisks which does not support custom mount-paths.

If you are using UDisks2 and want /media back as the mount location (which makes sense on a single user system), create the following udev rule in /etc/udev/rules.d/99-udisks2.rules:

ENV{ID_FS_USAGE}=="filesystem|other|crypto", ENV{UDISKS_FILESYSTEM_SHARED}="1"

If you are using UDisks2 and want custom mount locations for a specific user, you can symlink /run/media/USER to the desired location.
