[FEATURE] Re-wrap text upon window / pane resize

Feature Description

When resizing the side panel where Claude Code opens rewraping the lines to honour the new width would improve readibility.

Use Case

By default it opens at 30% of the width, but sometimes when answers are long or include tables I make that panel larger, but text does not re-wrap.

This is actually the scrollback option working as intended:

Note: Lines that are not visible and kept in scrollback are not reflown when the terminal buffer is resized horizontally.

However, that doesn't mean we are SOL, rather the problem needed to be solved is reflowing the scrollback buffer.
