Hello, I recently read your article and reviewed the code in this repository. While going through the files, I noticed that some of the code may have been incorrectly merged, leading to inconsistencies or bugs. Could you please review the merge to ensure that everything is as intended?

For example：
in train.py, logging.basicConfig(filename=f'{arg.training_log}')).
in pro_model.py, class PMA has two forward funcitons.
and also some variable names are inconsistent.
