Add callout notes about the split-chart deployment pattern where platform teams can pre-create node-reader RBAC through the operator chart for multi-tenant environments. This update reflects new documentation added to the helm-charts README files in PR #620. The split-chart pattern allows tenant namespaces without cluster-scoped RBAC permissions to use platform-provided node-reader ClusterRole and ClusterRoleBinding instead of creating their own.
