• subscription-manager-1.28.36 was branched off subscription-manager-1.28, which already tests rhel-8-8 (and it works fine, see eg [1.28] Enhancement and fix for containerized pytest candlepin/subscription-manager#3215 merged earlier today)
• subscription-manager-1.29.33 was branched off main, which already tests rhel-9-2 (and it works fine, see eg Enhancement and fix for containerized pytest candlepin/subscription-manager#3214 merged earlier today)

I'd say so.
