- changeover to epidata for all historical ILI figures
- changeover to js-based sidebar construction; added Mustache template engine to assist
- Regional 2009 pandemic data now included in state displays
- past curves demoted to greyscale in prep for adding further covid19 data in future. emphasis on hover maintains ability to identify individual curves
- cache busting parameter added to js href
