Since prometheus-community/elasticsearch_exporter#65 the elasticsearch_up metric is in the elasticsearch_cluster_health namespace

Elasticsearch dashboard templating is not working because since prometheus-community/elasticsearch_exporter#65 the elasticsearch_up metric is in the elasticsearch_cluster_health namespace.
This fixes commit e2925b2.
