Error Building cloud_controller_ng.

I'm trying to create a local CF using diego, and ran into error when doing the step below.
I've spent quite a bit of time researching this error, but it seems no-one ran into the same issue :-(
Can you shine some light into what issue I may have. I'm using ruby version 1.9.3-p484

Deploying Diego to a local BOSH-Lite instance
8: Do the BOSH dance:
bosh create release --force && bosh -n upload release && bosh -n deploy

This command generates the following error

Thanks Amit - I've use ruby 2.1.6, and it's okay packaging the cloud controller ng :-)
