How to use placement_tags

Can i push my app to specific diego cell if using diego-release v0.1485.0?.

Hi, @YunSangJun,

The current intent is for this placement functionality to be exposed to CF end users in the form of isolation segments. The underlying placement tags on Diego cells and Tasks/LRPs would not be directly accessible to users: instead, operators (BOSH deployers and Cloud Controller admins) would be responsible for coordinating the tags for the isolation segments in a CF deployment and registering them with Cloud Controller to be bound to different orgs and spaces.
