container_pool: setting up allow rules in iptables: exit status 2

Hello， i deploy the diego-release on centos6.5, when i start the cell component, the garden-linux process can not running. i view the error log for /var/vcap/sys/log/garden-linux/garden-linux.stderror.log, it shows that “container_pool: setting up allow rules in iptables: exit status 2”，i have try to create a iptables rules by myself, it succeed. is that any reason for this error, if you know, i hope you can tell me. thank you.
