This is looking good. I kinda remember we also had some stuff we did on publish, regarding sourcemap URLs in cli.js and uploading sourcemaps to sentry, can we include that in this PR as well?

Looks good! Let's land it and see how it goes.
Removed Sentry packages, reporting tests and related code. Automated reporting of Wrangler errors will be implemented again after further planning.
