Let Think supply its Durable Object storage and retry scheduler to a Channel Host, mount Channel ingress internally, persistently switch the approval route, and resolve responses arriving through any Channel against the existing durable Actions HITL ledger.

Add the experimental `@cloudflare/channels` package with canonical Markdown messages, structured approval requests, explicit delivery outcomes, separate AI SDK and TanStack AI tool adapters, outbound and inbound Email support, Telegram Bot API delivery and ingress, ordered fallback, all-destination fanout, and an output-only browser voice Channel backed by `@cloudflare/voice`. Add a durable Channel Host that persists configured routing, delivery attempts, provider correlation, replay receipts, and scanner-safe approval links across isolate recreation, plus a named-source coordinator that safely multiplexes logical schedules through one Durable Object alarm.
