https://github.com/CircleCI-Public/cimg-python is supposed to replace the circleci/python Docker images we use today.

Try migrating to that.

The circleci/python images were previously defined here: https://github.com/CircleCI-Public/circleci-dockerfiles/tree/master/python/images, but that repo has been archived, so I don't think we'll see a Python 3.11 added to it.
