Due to the GitHub 2 GiB release limit, we can't upload arm64-macosx-apple-release-lto.tar.xz.

I will draft another PR to fix it.

Walkthrough

Updated prebuilt LLVM artifact metadata to reference version 21.1.4 for most platform entries and refreshed SHA-256 checksums; added config/** to CI workflow path filters so changes under config/ trigger the CMake and XMake workflows.

Changes

Cohort / File(s) Summary
LLVM configuration
config/prebuilt-llvm.json
Updated prebuilt LLVM entries to reference 21.1.4 for most Windows, Linux, and macOS artifacts and replaced corresponding SHA-256 hashes. One macOS release-lto entry remained at 20.1.5 in the diff.
CI workflow triggers
.github/workflows/cmake.yml, .github/workflows/xmake.yml
Added config/** to the paths filters for both push and pull_request triggers so changes under config/ will run these workflows.

Estimated code review effort

🎯 2 (Simple) | ⏱️ ~10 minutes

  • Verify all SHA-256 checksums against official artifact sources.
  • Confirm the single macOS release-lto entry intended to remain at 20.1.5 (or should be updated to 21.1.4).
  • Ensure CI path filters behave as expected and don't unintentionally broaden triggers.
