This whole file still needs bounds, but yeah, that's an important one. But are you saying that the linked comment is wrong and 3.10.2.1 is not enough? I think you're right about that, if I look here it lists the tag cabal-install-v3.10.3.0.

Right, back then I assumed the fix would become part of the 3.10.2.1 release, but it wasn't. |
