Broken link on PyPI for Contributor Guide #1091

It tries to open .rst relative path which will give not found.
You can try clicking on Contributing Guide on https://pypi.org/project/cookiecutter-hypermodern-python-instance/

Solution I used is to pull the full link to RTD (alternatively you could use Github RST link, but it is not so appealing format).
