Based on Mode + Vehicle Quantity + Infrastructure (Guideway),
you have an avg speed.

How often will service arrive at a stop?
How late is service provided?
How much service is provided on the weekends?

With avg speed + # vehicle + frequency
we give you Avg Reg Hrs, Operating Cost
