This patch fixes the download URL outlined in README.md which earlier pointed to https://github.com/cilium/tetragon/releases/latest/download/tetragon-${GOOS}-${GOARCH}.tar.gz and that link rendered a "Not Found" for me in both GOOS=darwin and GOOS=linux.
With the patch I can reach the link on both platforms.
