Ah. So styling breaks on Minimal theme, which does line-width styling in a totally different way. So let's remove fountain-left and fountain-center for now, and use min(100%, ... ) for mobile styling!

The major update is that we now support Fountain styling on mobile! This is achieved using calculated ratio-percentages for Fountain's token indentation.
Besides that, there's some docs and dx changes.

This release is a lot of cleaning and optimization; namely, where files without the cssclasses:fountain frontmatter won't continually parse for Fountain syntax, which is great.
DX stuff also includes rollup + postcss.
