Description
In a very rare situation, there is a case that it does not archive the order even if all sell orders are executed.
i.e.
remove-last-buy-pricewill not archive the order even after the sell order is executed.If all sell orders are executed, then there is no way to sell the remaining coins.
So it should archive if all sell orders are executed.
