Description
When removing the symbol from the list, it deletes cache data; however, it does not remove the override data.
This chore PR is to add an extra process to remove the override data.

Motivation and Context
At this moment, there is no way to remove override data.
And it also refactored the WebSocket code to WebServer to reduce the overload in the WebSocket process.
