Full-stack flag

It'd be cool if we supported a flag to create a full-stack choo app, especially with the new support for full-stack apps coming in bankai.

I'm not too big a fan of options in projects; I think creating a standalone project for this might be a better route. Another thing to consider is probably which server framework is used. Something like "create-choo-hapi" would yield a different codebase than "create-choo-express" or "create-choo-fastify". I'm not sure if these should be combined or not – but definitely something to consider I think.
