[BUG] Fclash 与 Powertoys 冲突，造成界面异常

Fclash 与 Powertoys里面的FancyZones功能冲突，会导致Fclash界面显示异常，在Powertoys添加Fclash.exe的白名单后就正常。

Fclash V0.8.87
Powertoys V0.94.0

复现步骤 / To Reproduce

开启Powertoys的FancyZones功能有概率让Fclash白屏异常，Powertoys添加Fclash.exe的白名单就正常。

Windows10专业版 22H2
