Both fixes already landed on
release/v3.8.43(grok-cli tool-limit truncation — commitse8dbd276f/b2207ae6f; Antigravity 429 model-lockout — commit539879333, authored by @Chewji9875) but neither carried a CHANGELOG credit line. Adds two credit bullets under the [3.8.43] Bug Fixes section so @Chewji9875 is credited in the release notes (MANDATORY CHANGELOG CREDIT rule). Documentation-only.
