Adds authHint (sk-bl- key prefix + OpenAI-SDK base URL) and enriches freeNote/apiHint on the existing bazaarlink entry. Integrity test included.

Bazaarlink was already registered in
APIKEY_PROVIDERS— connection creationand validation already worked without any changes. This PR adds the missing
UX fields (
