The release fast-path does not run check:file-size/check:complexity (only release->main does), so cumulative growth stacked above the frozen values. file-size: - src/shared/constants/pricing.ts 1620->1623 (+3, #4440 Claude Code cc pricing rows) - open-sse/executors/base.ts 1399->1407 (+8, #4443 granular reasoning_effort) complexity: 1900->1905 (+5) - +2 already latent on the pre-batch tip 9052c5a (concurrent prior merges) - +1 geminiHelper.convertOpenAIContentToParts >80 lines (#4426 audio branch) - +2 openai-to-gemini-sse.ts new SSE translator (#4453), complexity 19 each Legitimate feature growth, not regression; reduction tracked as debt.
