Closes #3476. The
better-sqlite3ABI-mismatch error only mentionednpm rebuild(fails for global/no-toolchain installs); now also points to the existing self-healomniroute runtime repair+ adds a top-levelomniroute repairalias (same engine, no new spawn — Hard Rule #13 safe). TDD: 7 tests. lint clean.
