…references (base-red #15306) Output of 'node --import tsx/esm scripts/skills/generate-agent-skills.mjs --apply --only=omni-providers,omni-inference' on release/v3.8.52 @ 8526008, nothing hand-edited. The generated references lagged two merges on the base: the call-site spawn gate wording for /api/providers/{validate,import,bulk} (#16366) and the management-only auth note on five inference-adjacent endpoints. Until this lands, 'Merge integrity (changelog + generated skills)' is red on every PR to the release branch.
