docs(readme): list auto/subscription and auto/thrifty in the zero-config auto table - #15467

…fig auto table The README's "Zero-config — just use auto" table lists auto/cheap but not the two subscription-first ids added in cheaper-inference#11146, so operators looking for "use the plan I already pay for" never find them from the front page. Adds both rows after auto/cheap, with a one-line summary taken from docs/routing/SUBSCRIPTION_LADDER.md and a link to it: - auto/subscription: plan quota only, fails closed (never a billable fallback) - auto/thrifty: plan quota first, then one rung at a time to the cheapest paid options, back on the plan after it resets Root README only; the 66 locale mirrors are refreshed by the periodic i18n batch, as for other README additions.
