Adds BeatAPI as an optional API-key gateway provider using OmniRoute's default OpenAI-compatible executor. The registry provides Chat Completions, Responses, and
/v1/modelsendpoints; the catalog starts empty and accepts account-accessible live model IDs. The dashboard metadata and generated provider reference are included.Related: #14874. No free-tier claim or guessed model pricing/context data is added.
Validation: provider consistency and asset checks passed;
tests/unit/beatapi-provider.test.tspassed; open-sse typecheck, ESLint, and Prettier passed. The provider translation Golden snapshot was regenerated with only the BeatAPI entry committed. The complete Golden test still differs locally because the repository snapshot stores a Linux Copilotuser-agentand this run is on macOS. An authenticated BeatAPI routing call was not made because no test key was available.
